Last Monday evening, Nov. 18th, the Orange County DEC members were expected to choose a new chairman to replace current chairman Scott Randolph. There was some confusion and the vote was rescheduled. There are times when Governor Scott and the Florida Legislature make decisions, because they have a grudge against President Obama and the federal government.
