The writer clearly has objection, but I have to wonder, could a ploy to make the Black male non-relevant be plausible? Is the Black male so threatening, that a ploy to remove him altogether is a consideration of the other side?
It looks like the practice of racial profiling is still very real in Orlando. Allegations of racial profiling in Orlando are not new. In fact, I've personally heard it at many community meetings around the city, including in Parramore, that police intimidation is high and can feel abusive. But now there are two new racial profiling cases that demand this issue finally be confronted publicly by Mayor Dyer, other local elected officials and the Chief of the Orlando Police Department.
Clinton Salters lost the race for Chairman of Orange County Democratic Party to Carlos Smith. Carlos Smith won by a large margin and his supporters are very happy. Supporters for Clinton Salters, obviously are not as happy, but following Clinton's lead, most said they will continue their work within the DEC.

There are six siblings, one girl. There is about a ten year span between my oldest brother and my youngest. My youngest brother, Richard is about three years younger than me and Lorenzo is less than two years older than I am. The three of us are the youngest of my parents children.
