When God Shows You The Path, Just Walk It

A really good friend, called me about a mistake he felt he had made. Once we talked it through, I showed him how he allowed fear and opposition from others to detour him from something that he felt compelled by the Lord to do.

I begin to explain to him, that when you enter a season of elevation, what once was, is no longer. One YES from God, and you will see things you've never seen before. It is in this place that relationships are often tested.

Others will not see you in the same light. Now some will be supportive, while others will complain, or do nothing at all. This is what happens when you're set apart. It's not that we're better than anyone, but we have revelation that God requiring more from us.

So let the haters…..hate, and allow God to strategically order your footsteps. As I was encouraging him, I was encouraging myself.

Just this past week, I had to face one of my greatest fears. Public speaking, in a ministry setting, and I remember calling my Pastor, and telling her, I just don't want to do this, but I'm going to out of obedience unto the Lord.

She said something that hit me really hard. I've heard it before, but this time there was different sound, so I was able to receive it; She said "Traci, this is part of your lineage." "Its all over you."

A lot of us are facing roads, not because we want to, but because we're just marked for God's glory!

I just want to say, be encouraged. He knows every hurt, every pain, and every uncertainty. But he also knows the plans he has for us. Don't allow the words and actions of others remove you from your God-assigned path. He's got you!
