The insanity never stops with the Republicans because they are angry that an intelligent Black man is president of the United States. The attacks will never subside when they know that President Obama will go down in history as one of the greatest presidents of all time. The Republicans will never admit when President Obama took over office, the country was heading for a major depression under President Bush.

Scott Proposes $77 Billion Budget with no Expansion on Medicaid

Back in 2010, Governor Rick Scott proposed a budget that was signed with a total price tag of $69.1 billion. In 2014, our governor signed the largest budget in the history of the state at $77 billion, and in 2015, he is proposing another $77 billion budget. When our governor tells the residents of the state that he believes in small government, I wonder if that statement is true.

Loretta Lynch the Most Qualified Attorney General in the Nation

As the Senate Judiciary Committee begins its confirmation hearing for Loretta Lynch, it is no accident that President Obama has picked the first Black women attorney general for that post. There are many members of Congress, who are angry and disgusted with Eric Holder, the present Attorney General. Many felt that Mr. Holder was not responsive to their request, and his interruption of the law challenged their fundamental beliefs about race in America.

Will Blacks Participate in Florida's $1 Billion Budget Surplus?

It appears that under Governor Scott in Florida, things are good and there is a one billion budget surplus in the treasury. It does not matter if you are a Republican or Democrat, there is more money to get projects financed, and everyone is happy. This year the budget will be around $80 billion, and good times are back in Florida.
