They offer easy access to nutrition education programs, free health screenings, healthy cooking classes,and nutrition counseling. Owners Dr. Gaines & Dr. Weaver have authored five cookbooks publis hed by the American Diabetes Association. Their programs, educational tools, and diabetes cookbooks have been featured in media markets across the nation, mind you they have a 8 week cooking class starting on March 30th. Furthering their commitment, In 2015 Hebni launched Fresh Stop Mobile Farmers Market: a repurposed bus that was created to serve food desert neighborhoods, offering fresh fruit and vegetables at budget-friendly prices servicing Orange and Seminole Counties.
