In the food industry for 30 Years and at this location for 5 years, this family run business provides good island style eating with their array of scrumptiously prepared dishes. Jerk Flavas menu items include: Ox tails, jerk chicken, curry goat, brown stew chicken, made to order Snapper, Shrimp, jerk and BBQ ribs, curry chicken, jerk pork, Roti, chicken wings and more. You can Dine in with inside and outside eating, call in, place bulk orders, host events and/ or rent space for special occasions, as well as procure their services for catering. With husband Willow being a Native of Kingston, Jamaica and wife Paulette being a native of West Moreland, Jamaica, their combined work ethic and cooking skills led them to get in the food industry after relocating to the United States 32 years ago. Starting their business cooking from home, then elevating to a store counter, then to catering and finally to a standing restaurant; they've journeyed through perseverance to business success. In owners words about starting out "the tools were there - We put the apartment fridge and stove to work, and then we got to work ... we used EVERYTHING we had, to get where we are now".
