Own ed by Shalonda King and managed & operated by the King family, #JusLikeGrandma is a mobile food truck vendor providing home style soul food dishes. In business for one month, they offer an array of southern cuisines for lunch, dinner and special occasions. Their finely prepared meals options include: Pork chops, beef & gravy, chitterlings, fried wings, fried fish and shrimp, turkey wings, BBQ pig feet, Macaroni & cheese, Greens, Hog moss, Lima beans, garlic mashed potatoes, baked beans, potato salad and more. Their speciality is Boiled peanuts seasoned to perfection and ready to snack on. A Sanford native, Owner Shalonda King has been cooking since childhood and was Inspired to start her own business after the passing of her late Grandmother Margaret Johnson who was a lifelong cook; and in respect to her hard work ethic and family contribution, started a legacy in her honor.
