Owned and managed by husband & wife team of Dannie Justin and Chef Williere Justin, #JustinsCaribbeanFusion is a blazingly good food eatery specializing in Haitian Caribbean Infused creations. In business for just over 1 year, they provide exquisite cuisine rooted in blends of signature Haitian herbs and spices for a delicious island taste that has customers running back for more. Pioneering the art of the finest Caribbean Cuisine, they strive to provide premium quality food at reasonable rates. Justin's and their hard working staff offer a wide variety of delicious cuisines and a delightful fusion of Caribbean & American flavors in addition to exemplary customer services and a welcoming ambiance; with a full menu, full bar, dance floor and more. A quick service restaurant, you can order online, dine-in or carry out. They are also available for hosting events of all sorts; able to stay open late as 2 am. Both natives of Port au Prince Haiti ???? with co-owner Williere having 32 years master chef culinary experience and co-owner Dannie having corporate HR and hospitality management experience; they always dreamed of owning a restaurant. Taking a leap of faith, they both left corporate careers, developed a business plan and fulfilled their joint dream in December 2019, opening the doors for a eatery that provides an authentic Caribbean feel and atmosphere with food, decor and welcoming spirit.
