Owned and operated by Mignon Stephan, #1RawYoga is a soothing and pleasant yoga community and studio aiming to empower, inspire, and reach people. In business for two years, they focus on diversity and whole body health while offering an array of products and services. Their wide range of Services offered include group and individual yoga classes, Reiki, meditation, holistic healing - Ayurvedic consultations, aromatherapy, Pranayama, chair yoga; as well as hosting yoga themed events for different aspects of the practice, welcoming all and hoping to bring awareness to specific yoga crafts. They also produce and sell natural beauty products - body butters, essential oils, natural air freshener made from therapeutic essential oils and more. A Cleveland, Ohio native and Sanford resident of 10 years, owner Mignon Stephan started practicing yoga to heal from bodily pains in 2007. Her passion for it led her to leaving a frustrating job and go to India to study yoga intensely for two months. Wanting to bring the experience stateside and share with local Sanford community, she started her own studio in 2018. In her own words "Best thing about Yoga is sharing my passion with so many people - to convey love, good energy and healing space ...
