Founded by Louis Ross, and now Owned & operated by his sons Kajaro Ross and Marlon Da Best Ross, #BigLousSingleWingExpress is a mobile eatery specializing is scrumptiously prepared chicken wings and more. In business for 36 years, Big Lou's and staff puts quality effort into the fine blend of seasoning and southern cooking to ensure a lip smackingly flavorable product is delivered. Their signature items include Buffalo wings, famous blue cheese, golden fried shrimp, southern fried fish, curly fries, fresh made tropical passion drinks and Big Lou ribs with Special recipe sauce and rub derived from Lou himself. Committed to the Community, Founder Louis Ross is an Orlando (Jones High) native, South Carolina State University Alum and former NFL Player with Buffalo Bills. After his playing year he established this staple food truck to better his home community and provide generational opportunities to his sons who have taken the helm of leadership.
