Owned and managed by Chuck E Chuck, #ChuckWagonBistro is a soundly good mobile food vendor specializing in finely prepared seafood combinations and urban eats. In business for 5 years, they have scrumptious blends of seasoning for a unique one of the kind taste that draws customers on a returning basis recipe. Their signature menu items include Seafood rice, Fish, Shrimp, chicken wings & tenders, Buffalo chicken fries, Italian sausage w peppers and more. Chuck Wagon Bistro is available for vending, catering, pop up shops and general order & purchase onsite. An Orlando native (Evans High) and US Army veteran, owner Chef Chuck is a former military cook who's worked in the food industry for 20 years and spent time working as a Chef in Alaska. After years of working for others, Chef Chuck wanted to work for himself and dictate his own future, starting his own business and setting his own hours.
