Founded, Owned and Managed by Kari'Ola Etti, #ConsumableMoments is a modern Belgium Waffle Bar helping people and food creatively connect, all while creating moments that your taste buds will never forget. In business for 2 months, Consumable Moments' scrumptious meals use the freshest ingredients to ensure you receive items full of flavor and preservative free. With all Waffles being yeast based and all ingredients imported from Belgium, their menu items include the AllStar Sweet Waffle (strawberry, Belgium cookie butter, Nutella, house made whipped cream), savory chicken & waffles, spicy Italian sandwich (on waffles), gold club turkey sandwich, berry classic waffle, as well as Vegan options of açaí bowls, fruit nachos and Bowls, smoothies and specialty Lemonades. Their array of delicious topping include maple syrup, peanuts, almonds, fruits of all sorts, white chocolate, dark chocolate and more. You can order in person, by phone or via web; and can dine in, take orders to go or get delivery via door dash. Consumable Moments is also available for bulk orders and has catering options. A Chicago, IL native with Lagos, Nigeria roots and Univ of Southern Illinois Carbondale Alumni, owner Kari'ola Etti is an Engineer by trade with experience in corporate engineering and running her own e-commerce business. She always knew she was going to own a business and leaped out by Faith this year to do so. Using her own skills & research, Kari'ola developed a concept, created a business model, found a location, themed a name, worked with building architects, and successfully opened in July 2020. In the owners words "For me it's about creating generational wealth and pushing towards my a legacy. I want to retire my Mom with this and other ventures".
