Owned and operated by husband & wife team of Stephon Nicholson Sr. and Shreen Nicholson, #DaFlavaFactory is a mobile eatery serving scrumptious urban southern style eats. In business 2 months, they have an array of delicious food items prepared in exquisite fashion. Offering breakfast, lunch and dinner, their signature Menu item include Fried Catfish, BBQ Ribs, Burgers, Jerk chicken, fish tacos, Cheese steaks, cheese & Alfredo fries, breakfast burritos and omelets, cornbread waffles, fish & grits and more. Da Flava Factory is dedicated to high standards of quality and excellence in every bite, ensuring the taste of Flava on your tongue. They have a regular location as well as availability to vend at events and participate in pop up shops. Both Baltimore, MD natives in Orlando for 10 years, owners Stephon and Shreen have always been good at making food, doing it for gatherings and pot lucks. Encouraged by family and friends to sell their foods, they started as a home based business making pre-order dinner plates.
