Juan Lynum decided to participate in only one debate which was hosted by a supporter who is president of his mom's Home Owners Association. Even in that one debate, he looked like a very weak candidate. He was in the perfect setting of friends and neighbors. Let us not forget that he qualified to be in this political race because he claimed that he lived in the neighborhood for the past 12 months.
Juan should have been very comfortable in this room full of his associates and his moms friends. The fact
is, he looked very strange, kinda like a fish out of water. He looked like he wanted to be somewhere else.
He arrived right in time to sit down at the front table, right on que. No time to meet and greet his friends. The whole thing looked staged except for his performance. He stumbled over some questions that he should have known would be asked.
The crowd actually turned on him for a few seconds. Yeah, his people, turned on him. If you don't have support from your own neighborhood, maybe there is an issue. Made me believe that Rock Lake is in fact not his neighborhood. Obviously, his mom wasn't able to pack the house with friends and of course, she was absent also. I wonder why?
Could Juan Lynum be afraid of Daisy Lynum's Legacy? He originally said that he wants to continue in his mom's foot steps. Recently, he said that he is his own man with his own ideas. At Carter Tabernacle he even admitted that there are issues in District 5 that maybe should have been handled differently. Really Juan, ya think?
Is he trying to step away from Mom Lynum's 'Legacy of Failure?' Instead of a side by side debate against the other candidates in the District 5 election, he will have a 'Fire Side Chat' kind of thing. This way he will get to tell you what he wants you to hear and not necessarily what you need to hear. This way he can tell you HIS truth about holding onto mommy Lynum's Legacy without the nagging voters seeking answers to penetrating questions.
Don't forget to RSVP Juan Lynum's Fire Side Chat. That's right. In order to attend his town hall meeting, you gotta RSVP. I don't know if they are serving food, but caviar and crackers should be in order. After all, this event will be held at the Crown Plaza.
Maybe you should wear a tux or gown. The most in need people of District 5 probably won't attend because they had to pawn their tux to pay for food and meds.
So who could afford to be there? Of course, the supporters of the Lynum Legacy. The people and organizations who are bringing big things to District 5, like soccer, Creative Village, boarded up houses, displaced residents, broken promises and eminent domain.
Yeah, good luck with that Juan.
