High Profile Attorney Natalie Jackson received a message from her client, police brutality victim, Noel Carter. Attorney Jackson allowed Community Steeple to publish this message.
(Below is a text message I received from Noel Carter late last night after the trial was over and the jury said he was guilty of battering the police officers who were caught on video abusing him.
I'm posting his text message not to make us, his lawyers, look or feel better (because we don't and
can't until this wrong is made right). I'm sharing his message to show the CONTENT OF NOEL CARTER'S CHARACTER AND WHAT AN UPRIGHT AND DECENT HUMAN BEING HE IS even in the face of going from a person, who for the last 31 years of his life had no criminal record to a convicted felon)
NOEL CARTER: "this was the hardest experience I've ever had to deal with in my life! although we didn't get the verdict we were looking for this evening, I can't tell you how much I love and respect each of you individually. Each of you sincerely valued my freedom and I will be forever grateful for your dedication. Watching you all work in harmony to fight for me brings tears to my eyes and I can't ever repay the debt that I now owe you. James, Kafi, Natalie & Pat you have been my guardian angels thank you so much for all of your hard work effort and dedication you are all such beautiful souls and your mark on this world is evident in you compassion and integrity. Thank you my Dream Team I love you!
