Owned by husband & wife team of Troy and Lorraine Nelson, #HandsOfACraftsman is a mobile food vendor specializing in exquisitely prepared barbecue. In the food industry for 15 years and in business for 5 years, this family run business serves deliciously seasoned and superb flavored foods cooked in soulful fashion. Their weekend menu includes beef brisket, full & half rack ribs, smoked chicken, baby back ribs, smoked sausage with sides of Mac & cheese, baked beans, collard greens and more. Hands of Craftsman is open Saturdays from 4 pm to midnight for regular vending and available for outdoor event and catering any time during the week. With wife Lorraine being a Tallahassee native and husband Troy being a Wakaula native, cooking was in their nature and they saw opportunities to serve the community while making a lifestyle of it. Giving back annually, they Pass out food to the homeless during holiday seasons modeling the creed with "Great Grace is Great Power". Hands of a Craftsman is located at a 100 N.
