Owned and operated by Thomas White and Frederick Maurice Simmons, #HardPopCafe is a a modern themed gourmet popcorn eatery with a classic feel. In business for 3 months, they have a delicious array of handcrafted specialty popcorn creations with signature seasoning and flavoring. Hard Pop's quality ingredients and made-from-scratch recipes keep customers enticed and craving to come back. Their specialty popcorn include Sweet Treats with flavors of Bannna Pudding, Velvet, Wakanda, Cheezy Cheese, Startburst; Savory Treats with flavors of Garlic Parmesan, Pizza, Jamaican; and Spicy Treats with flavors of Jalapeño Sweet Heat and Jalapeñoi Cheddar. You can purchase this exquisite popcorn in person, over the phone and/or online, with options for delivery coming soon. Customers can dine in with indoor & outdoor seating and host movie or game viewing parties on occasion. They are further available to vend and participate in pop up shops. Both owners being Florida A&M Alumni with co-owner Thomas White being a Tampa, FL native and co-owner Maurice Simmons being a North Charleston, South Carolina native; their blended experiences, knowledge and drive led them to explore a venture of a snack shop for the big bend are, initially considering cotton candy and shifting focus to popcorn, opening in July of this year and rapidly gaining popularity.
