#BHMUpgrade Day 77 of Supporting a Black Business brings me to Annie D's Food Mart in Sanford, Florida Historic Midway Community (near the airport). Owned and Operated by Ann "Annie D" Hampton, Davion Hampton and Pernell Bush, #AnnieDsFoodMart is a full service Grocery & Convenience store offering fresh food, prepared meals and quality service to all patrons. Open since February of this year with internal & structural work done by co-owner Davion Hampton, Annie D's offers a store in the Midway neighborhood for and by the community. They sell standard groceries, packaged snacks, soft drinks, beer & wine, tobacco products, t-shirts and more. Annie D's is also equipped with a kitchen that offers soulful dishes for breakfast, lunch & dinner, and on Sunday hosts a "Super Bowl Soul Food" Buffet from 12 pm to 5 pm.
