-Regina Hill vs The Legacy of the Lynum's - It's ON !!

In the hottest, most colorful and interesting campaign since the re-election of President Barack Hussein Obama, the People have spoken in the District 5 race! Even with all the drama, I must say, that this has been generally a fairly civil race by all involved, as political campaigns can go.
Extreme measures have been employed to gain office by over-exuberant office seekers. Extortion, Whitemail, Intimidation, beatings and even Murder, have been the answer to the question of political opposition for some deranged politicos.
"Hats Off" and "Kudos" to, Candidate E. J. Lynum, Esq., Candidate Regina Hill and Candidate Cynthia Harris. The CommUNITY offers a genuine heartfelt thanks to you all for the courage to even run….when many sit on the sidelines and criticize your sincere attempts at leadership.
However, War is Politics with Blood & Politics is War without Blood.
There is much confusion, finger pointing and disarray in the camp of the Lymun's. The commUNITY has had enough of the buffoonery that has been the hallmark of the Office of the 5th District, as of late.
Candidate Lynum's rant to the media after his election percentage loss to both Candidates Regina Hill (37%) & Cynthia Harris (24%) equals a crushing defeat to the Lynum's & the powers that be. His torrid remarks remind me of young Richard Sherman's adrenaline motivated remarks just after a heated playoff game. As Mr. Sherman did, I'm sure Mr. Lynum regrets his loss of control during that particular moment. He may have been better served to have made a call to anyone for advice before he put his foot in his mouth.
I was particularly surprised at his hateful and divisive remarks after her good friends and campaign workers showed a spirit of "good will" towards the effort made in election process by both sides, right after the voting. The Candidate has destroyed a bit of that with his uncaring tirade.
Redemption is the way we are, the way we live and redemption is in our collective nature, if we love God. We all have had to be redeemed or are in the process of redemption. Candidate Regina Hill has been redeemed and is the Redemption for the 5th District.
Get Up, Get Out & Be a Part of the African-American History in Orlando Politics. "A New Era Begins!" Vote Regina Hill May 6, 2014.
