Zale's Jewelry Corporation President and CEO owns a high-end home on a beautifully adorned avenue that protrudes into the Tampa Bay. He is Theophlius Killion. Theo, as he prefers, has held several positions at Macy's, was an executive vice president at Tommy Hilfiger and senior vice president at the Home Shopping Network. His home in Tampa is one of many that belongs to him and his wife Dana K, the famed Chicago Nordic fashion-plate.
But the red flag that waves over the house for the voters of District 5 is that Juan and his wife Aliya are the occupants. So what is Juan Lynum doing living in Theo Killon's house in Tampa, Florida?
Juan's bride is Aliya Killion, daughter of the Zale Jewelry store CEO.
So the picture becomes clearer. The young Mr. Lynum is not a whiz-kid lawyer who has amassed three homes, as I previously concluded. I was kind of giving the brother credit. No No No. Juan is no whiz kid; he is a scion living in the homes others.
As the famous self-proclaimed king of pimps Don Juan says, "Pimpin' ain't easy, but somebody's got to

Thus Juan is using his wife's father, his father and his mother for houses to call home. How old is this guy? You would think this fellow would get a place of his own. People tend to have more respect for a man who lives under his own roof.
So this is what Juan has done. He has scooped three homes to call his own; though he didn't spend one red cent of his own.. Don Juan would be proud of Juan. Let somebody else put out and you collect the benefits. They have a word for that. It is called "Somebody's gotta do it."
Thus, Juan Lynum lives in his father-in-law's house in Tampa with the CEO's daughter. Nice move for a brother. I ain't hated on him. Better to marry rich than to marry poor.
And, Juan lives or at least uses his father's – former Wildwood chief of police Ed Lynum - house at **** CR 219, Wildwood, Florida, as a residence of which he claimed his Homestead Exemption with the Sumter County property appraiser.
And to beat it all, he claims to live with his mother, city commissioner Daisy Lynum at *** Rock Lake Drive, Orlando, Florida. The same mom he filed to run against and forced out of the election. Don Juan ain't got nothing on Juan.
How did Pharrel Williams put it, "It might seem crazy what I'm about to say -Sunshine she's here, you can take a break - I'm a hot air balloon that could go to space with the air, like I don't care baby by the way; Because I'm happy so clap along if you feel like a room without a roof.
Thus, Juan is a man without a roof. It might seem crazy for a man without a roof to run for city commission. But, he is a hot air balloon that could go into space with the air. His baby Sunshine – that's Theo's daughter - is here and he don't care because he's happy like a man without a roof.
Well, Juan might not be happy for long. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement is looking into where he really lives. What roof does he live under?
Question: Is anyone going to file a legal action to challenge Juan's residency. He has scooped three houses from his family. Now he wants to take our city hall. Like I said, Don Juan ain't got nothing of Juan Lynum.
