Piranha's are known for their sharp teeth, powerful jaws and a voracious appetite for meat, and when it comes to politics like it or not so is Lawanna Gelzer! Lawanna is certainly going for the meat to take the District 6 seat!
Lawanna Gelzer is known for having her hand on the pulse of Central Florida politics. Like a Piranha, Lawanna uses her powerful jaws to make her voice heard constantly in public forums.
Last night she spent a few minutes with me on the radio to discuss her reasons for declaring her candidacy on April 26, 2014 for Orange County Commissioner District 6 among five other candidates who have been on the ballot well over six months.
After my interview, I could see that 'Lawanna, the Piranha' is not afraid to jump in the campaign 'fish bowl' among political sharks!
