Hey Brother, Will Ya Pass Me That Joint?

BREAKING NEWS: Those who support the "ending of the prohibition of marijuana and the ending of any criminal sanctions having to do with marijuana in any way" who like to smoke weed or or consume weed products in order to "get a buzz" argue for that type of recreational use benefit for the same reason citizens who drink alcohol, drink wine, beer, or liquor and do so in order to "take the edge off of a hard day."

That's the bottom line. And you do not have to admit it here. But everyone knows that I am not lying. Period.

That is why I argue "past" the limitations of only "medical marijuana." It, "medical marijuana", is still a limitation and a prohibition that is still, in my humble opinion, stupid.

Indeed, see the 18th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and then see the 21st Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and see the correlation of the 21st Amendment and the ending of the great depression in 1933.

There is an upcoming statewide election here in Florida in November. Amendment #2 is on the ballot in support of "medical marijuana." Oh yeah, I get the "well, medical marijuana is the first step" in ending the prohibition. I hope that you are right.

Keep in mind, one could also argue that it adds to another limitation. Indeed, if you possess it without a prescription, then you now have that criminal allegation.

I support Amendment #2, however, with the above stated concerns.
