Scope creep is a term commonly used in project management to indicate the addition of unauthorized scope.

The tendency of projects to keep increasing in size and complexity "scope creep" is a threat whenever a bias toward optimism leads people to think that adding a bit more won't be too difficult or expensive. But in the public sector, with its large number of stakeholders pushing different agendas, the threat becomes much sharper.

We voters have always saw competing candidates as winner and loser. The loser's hope for a political future was almost always destroyed. The voters lose a good candidate forever just because he or she came in second place. The community lose what could have been a great future leader.

Stop It! Let's change our Black politics up a little.

The sad thing about Aramis Ayala, Randolph Bracy and Natalie Jackson competing for the same political office is that only one could win. Wouldn't it be great, if we could change the rules for instances like this? Instances where there are three phenomenal candidates for the same office we should be able to cancel the election and make room for all three in Congress. Otherwise, we may lose two of them forever.

The comments were made during a campaign stop at a local barber shop. George Oliver is the incumbent commissioner who has had heated discussions with the City Mayor during public attended, city council meetings.
